GradeMyHabits grades everyday habits. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

Your quiz answers

Your answers and your grade are worked out in your own browser and saved there, so you can come back to your report. We do not store them on our server unless you join the Coach. The health questions (such as a GLP-1 medication or a health condition) only change the notes on your report. They are never sent to our email list.

Your email

If you type your email to see your report card, we add it to our GradeMyHabits email list (run by Brevo) with your letter grades and your goal, so we can send your report and tips. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

The Coach

When you join the Coach we keep your starting answers, your daily check-ins, your re-grades and your email on our server (Cloudflare), so your progress and the money-back promise can be checked. Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Share and install counts

When you use a share button or arrive through a shared link, a small counter we run records that a share or visit happened, using a random referral code and no name, email or other personal details, and may store a small cookie so a referral can be credited. It does not record your answers or your grades. If you send feedback through "Was this helpful?", we read it, and we only publish it if you tick the box.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising cookies or ad tracking, and we never sell or share your information. Coach members get one sign-in cookie. Apart from that and the referral cookie above, the site stores only your quiz progress in your own browser.

How long we keep it

Coach history is kept while your coach is active and for 12 months after it ends, then deleted. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for business records. Unpaid checkout starts are deleted after 2 days.

Your choices

To see or delete your information, email hello@grademyhabits.com from the email you used. To clear your quiz, use "Retake the quiz" or clear this site's data in your browser.
