These terms cover grademyhabits.com, run by Harris Apps Studio ("we"). By using the site or joining the Coach you agree to them. You must be 18 or over.
Not medical advice
GradeMyHabits grades everyday habits against published research. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your doctor. Talk to a healthcare professional before changing medication, considering surgery, or attempting extended fasting. We do not promise any weight loss or health result.
The Coach
- The Coach costs $19 a month. You are charged when you join and then every month until you cancel.
- Cancel any time with one tap on your coach page. Nothing else is charged, and your coach stays open until the end of the month you paid for.
- Apart from the promise below, payments are not refunded.
The money-back promise
If you do the work and your grade does not go up, your first $19 comes back. Here is exactly how it works:
- It covers the first month of your first Coach plan, once per person.
- Check in on at least 25 different days during your first 30 days (day 1 is the day you join; a missed day can be logged the next day).
- Re-grade on day 30 or within 7 days after it.
- If your overall letter grade on that re-grade is not higher than your starting letter (for example, you started at C and you are still a C or lower), the "Get my money back" button appears on your coach page until day 37.
- Tapping it refunds your first monthly payment to your card and ends your Coach plan, so nothing else is charged.
- The promise is about your habit grade only, not your weight or any health result. We may refuse claims from duplicate accounts or other abuse.
Fair use
Do not misuse the site, try to break it, or copy its content in bulk. We may change or end features, and we will update these terms when we do.
Limits
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
